As a Security Officer - Commercial Access Control in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting as per site-specific protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and tenants with inquiries and directions.
• Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with property management and local authorities when required to support security-related needs.
• Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
