The Advanced Practice Provider is responsible f or providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by a NP/PA as specified by the Ohio State Board of Medicine and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws:

What you will do

Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to work in collaboration with general surgeons at UH Lake West Medical Center to support the elective general surgery service. The schedule is Monday thru Friday (8 hours/day) from 7a-330p. Role to include admitting, consulting, and rounding on general surgery patients with a focus on facilitating discharges. Opportunity for independent outpatient post-op clinic. Prior surgical APP experience is preferred but will consider new graduates.
