Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job SummaryThe Compliance Program Specialist plays a key role in supporting the infrastructure and operations of the organization's Compliance Program. This position contributes to the development, management, and reporting of compliance and privacy education and training initiatives. It involves monitoring program performance through data analysis and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining and coordinating compliance-related software systems and databases-such as conflict of interest disclosures, policy management platforms, breach monitoring tools, and sanction screening systems. Additionally, the role involves conducting special projects focused on compliance infrastructure and emerging risk areas. The specialist provides analytical, administrative, and policy coordination support, and participates in investigations only under the direction of the VP of Compliance, Compliance Officer or Program Manager, with no independent authority.
