The Commercial Finance Manager partners with business leaders to drive profitable growth, support strategic initiatives, and enhance financial performance through data-driven insights. This role is responsible for financial modeling, pricing strategy, M&A analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure informed decision-making and operational alignment across the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business performance reviews. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budget and forecast.
* Develop and evaluate pricing models, ensuring strategies align with market conditions and margin goals. Support product commercialization, price optimization, and cost-recovery initiatives to maximize profitability.
* Support financial due diligence and integration planning for M&A activities.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
* Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product Development, Operations, Finance, and other departments to align processes, ensure compliance, and drive company-wide initiatives.
* Provide analytical support for key business initiatives, acquisitions, and performance improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or a related role.
* Experience with M&A due diligence, integration planning, and pricing strategy.
* Manufacturing or B2B industry experience preferred.

Skills/Competencies

* Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems; BI tools preferred.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analysis into actionable strategy.
* Travel <10%
