  • Provide effective solution direction and leadership to ensure solutions are maintainable, scalable, secure, reliable, and resilient in areas of moderate complexity.

  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

  • Construct common frameworks and solution templates to accelerate development and codify best practices.

  • Promote and evangelize tools and techniques across the enterprise through presentation and written material.

  • Explain advanced and complicated technical topics to an engineering audience through presentation and written material.

  • Mentor technical associates across multiple job disciplines.

  • Contribute to multiple work initiatives in parallel, balancing priorities and time effectively.

• What it Takes:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years' related work experience in applications development and/or system architecture, with at least 1 year as a technical lead. 4+ years of experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated leadership capability working across technical teams.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of Sentry's major software development platforms - Java, .NET, Python.

  • Familiarity with multiple programming languages and platforms.

  • Proficiency in software patterns, delivery practices, and secure coding best practices in software development preferred.

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organizational skills to balance multiple initiatives in parallel.
