We are looking for a Financial Analyst for our Global retail client for a 4-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. * Administer financial systems to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient operations, contributing to precise financial statements and strong internal controls.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial processes.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including standardized work instructions and operating procedures.
* Manage and validate end-user security access for financial applications, ensuring compliance with established policies.
* Provide essential training and advanced support to business users, developing "lead expert" and "power user" capabilities within the organization.
* Prepare timely and insightful financial reporting, offering critical analysis of progress against strategic plans, budgets, and forecasts, and upholding the integrity of financial statements. Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant professional experience.
* Alternatively, the following combinations of education and experience are accepted:
* PhD or Law Degree + 1 year of experience
* Master's Degree + 0-3 years of experience
* Associate's Degree + 1-3 years of experience
* High School Diploma + 3-5 years of experience
* Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and training abilities to effectively support diverse user groups. LI-AJ The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.00 to $33.33/hourly.
