**What You'll Do:**

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and their broader teams, ensuring seamless operations.

* Masterfully manage complex calendars, expertly scheduling meetings, appointments, and critical deadlines.

* Coordinate and execute various team events, including morale-boosting activities and offsites, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

* Facilitate travel arrangements and manage expense reports with precision and efficiency.

* Assist with department financial and personnel operations, as well as facility coordination, as needed.

* Take on special projects, demonstrating your versatility and ability to contribute across various initiatives.

**What You'll Bring:**

Must-Have Qualifications:

* 0-2 years of experience in calendar management.

* 0-2 years of experience in event planning.

* 0-2 years of experience providing comprehensive team support.

* No specific degree required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience working with large teams, supporting a diverse range of requests.

* A proactive mindset with a proven ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a socially friendly demeanor.

* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Excellent time management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
