About the Role:

Step into a pivotal role with Cremer North America as a Project Engineer, where your leadership in capital project management will directly shape our growth and innovation. Reporting to the Program Manager, you'll drive cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and champion excellence throughout our GMP operations.

Role Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of capital projects through every phase, from initial concept to final completion, ensuring seamless progression and delivery.
  • Effectively manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets to achieve successful outcomes that align with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to collaboratively accomplish project goals and deliver results.
  • Foster transparent communication among stakeholders, vendors, and internal groups to ensure shared understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to maintain project momentum and secure completion within budget parameters.
  • Champion operational process improvements that drive organizational growth, enhance efficiency, and support long-term success.

Role Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated 3-5 years of progressive project management experience within chemical or consumer goods manufacturing environments.
  • Exceptional skills in project management, team supervision, time management, and prioritization, with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain effective development processes.
