We have an opening for a part-time/temporary Marketing Assistant. This entry-level role will support marketing and advertising plans with focus on executing campaigns, assisting with event and content support, and other brand support during our winter-spring seasons.

This in-office position will work from December through early June 2026 and is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, and broadcast media.
  • Assist with internal marketing request management.
  • Communicate with vendors to track deliverables, creative specs, and timelines.
  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media.
  • Monitor online reputation platforms (Google Reviews, BBB, social mentions, etc.).
  • Participate in event activation and community initiatives.
  • Oversee basic admin tasks, including vendor invoicing and reporting.
  • Jump in on special projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager - adaptability is key!
  • Scheduled for first shift up to 30 hours/week in-office, M-F, flexible hours.


Requirements:

  • Diploma required, some college coursework, degree, or certification in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience or strong interest in marketing, advertising, or social media.
  • Energetic, proactive, and ready to contribute to multiple projects.
  • Strong communicator (written, verbal, and digital).
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative thinker with good organization and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy to include MS Office, and open to learning new marketing tools.
  • Able to juggle priorities and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment.
