Responsibilities

    Strategic Marketing Leadership: Direct the development and execution of marketing strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Define success metrics, analyze performance, and forecast growth to drive engagement and market impact.
  • Team and Operational Oversight: Lead the daily activities of the marketing team, including planning, staffing, budgeting, and expense management. Implement process improvements and ensure efficient operations across campaigns, events, and public relations initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Digital Innovation: Partner with senior management, sales, and product teams to create impactful content, tools, and programs that support revenue objectives. Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics while maintaining brand standards and monitoring competitive trends.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 15 or more years of marketing experience, including 6 or more years in a supervisory or leadership role, or equivalent experience (PhD + 8 years, Masters + 12 years, Bachelors + 15 years, or HS Diploma + 19 years).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement robust marketing strategies, analyze performance metrics, forecast growth accurately, and adapt to evolving market trends with a deep understanding of economic indicators, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency while collaborating with senior management, sales, and product teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, digital analytics, and emerging digital trends, demonstrated through experience in overseeing successful campaigns, events, and brand communications while ensuring compliance with brand standards.


Benefits

The expected salary for this position is $170,000 to $185,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
