Responsibilities

    Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead the development and commercialization of innovative digital biology products, managing roadmaps and aligning features and timelines with ATCC's strategic goals.

  • Scientific & Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal and external experts to source foundational materials and design rigorous protocols for product testing and quality assurance. Maintain documentation systems and support regulatory compliance under standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO/IEC 17025.

  • Market Engagement & Thought Leadership: Develop compelling product narratives and insights to support marketing and sales strategies, while engaging directly with customers to enhance product value. Represent ATCC in professional communities to elevate visibility and influence across scientific and industry domains.



Qualifications

  • Master's degree and 12 or more years' experience, including 0-2 years' supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management within the life sciences, biotechnology, or related scientific fields.
  • Strong understanding of scientific principles and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO/IEC 17025) relevant to product development and quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical and scientific insights into commercially viable products that meet market and customer needs.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, including working with R&D, operations, marketing, and external partners to drive product success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent products and the organization in scientific and professional communities.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, prioritizing development efforts, and aligning with strategic business objectives.
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision-making, documentation systems, and workflow optimization in scientific environments.


Benefits

The expected salary for this position is $210,000 to $220,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
