About The Role & Team

We're looking for an Order Management Manager who thrives at the intersection of precision and partnership. You'll own the order-to-cash process, ensuring every customer order is accurate, compliant, and seamlessly executed in Salesforce. You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to identify roadblocks before they happen, streamline workflows, and elevate the overall customer and internal team experience.

As an Order Management Manager, you will:



  • Own the end-to-end order management process-from quote validation to booking-ensuring accuracy, compliance, and speed.
  • Review and process complex customer orders, verifying pricing, terms, and policy alignment while maintaining clean data across systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal to troubleshoot issues and implement long-term process improvements.
  • Audit and enhance order data quality across Salesforce, NetSuite, and related systems to ensure reliable financial reporting.
  • Lead automation and workflow enhancement initiatives that simplify order processing and reduce manual dependencies.
  • Support Finance and RevOps during month-end and quarter-end close to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for order management processes-providing guidance, documentation, and recommendations to internal teams.



You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP) and an ability to design or improve workflows within them.
  • A continuous improvement mindset-you spot process inefficiencies and know how to build better systems at scale.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, you can balance accuracy with speed under tight deadlines.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience in SaaS, subscription billing, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition (ASC 606) and accounting principles.
  • Experience with CPQ tools or billing platforms.
  • Exposure to process redesign or system implementation projects.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $161,000 - $241,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $161,000 - $241,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $144,000 - $217,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $144,000 - $217,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
