Description Senior Health CenterManagement/Leadership Summary: The Manager - Resident Services, Marketing &Admissions is a key leadership and management position within the organization. Primary area of responsibility is management of Thornton Hall, The Garden, the Activity, Social Work departments and maintenance of budgeted census for both assisted living communities through marketing and admissions. This includes outreach to and assessment of prospective residents, oversight of the quality of resident care, maintenance and improvement of the physical environment, recruitment and retention of staff, budget management, and continuing professionalism, growth and development. The Manager provides supervision for daily operations of the Nursing, Activities, and Social Services departments of Thornton Hall and The Garden, incorporating the objectives, policies and procedures of Mid Coast Senior Health. The Manager is responsible for assuring high levels of customer satisfaction and rigorous compliance with regulatory standards. The Manager works with the Administrator and Mid Coast-Parkview Health Marketing team to provide education and outreach to the community about the high-quality care offered at Thornton Hall and The Garden. Knowledge Skills And Abilities: 1. Education: Bachelor's Degree required. 2. License/Certifications: N/A 3. Experience: Five years of experience in senior care, leadership and management required. 4.
