Our Electronic Controls & Motion Division is currently seeking a Division IT Manager to join our Mount Kisco, NY team. Your Primary Responsibilities in Elevating our Operations & People Experiences: The following represents the essential and most significant duties of this position and is not meant to be exhaustive; other duties may apply: Provides leadership and management for the Information Technology function globally. Responsible for working directly with division leadership to develop IT strategic plans to aid the business in meeting financial and operational commitments. Responsible for improving IT operational efficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, driving cost efficiencies, and implementing best practice standards and documentation.
Reports directly to the Vice President of IT for the Motion Systems Group and indirectly to ECM General Manager. Interacts routinely with all division functional areas, as well as with other parts of Parker IT and key vendors and service providers. ECM (Electronic Controls and Motion) Division is a global division with approximately $600M in annual sales. Work directly with division functional teams to understand needs and develop a roadmap for delivering enhanced capabilities, new technology and systems. Responsible for working with division, group, and corporate resources to implement best practice Infrastructure and security processes and technology. Collaborate with business, manufacturing, and global counterparts to align the IT organization with business strategies, develop annual budgets, and develop strategic five-year plans. Lead the team responsible for maintaining systems and processes to keep existing systems running and meeting performance SLA's of the business. Keep existing systems up to date and secure by upgrading, enhancing, and patching. Enhance systems and processes to be SOX compliant, including disaster recovery plans and vulnerability remediation. Responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining a high performing staff and divisional IT organization. Lead talent development, succession, and strategic workforce planning efforts. Work with corporate IT teams to determine which systems should be division solutions and which should be enterprise solutions. Develop plans for each and execute. Lead the IT organization to ensure the highest levels of safety, ethics, and quality.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or other closely related discipline. Demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others typically acquired through ten or more years of increasing experience and responsibility, including at least three years in leadership. Effective communication, project management and customer service skills. Prior experience supporting ERP systems is required. SAP experience is a plus. Prior experience leading IT in a manufacturing environment is required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Competitive Compensation
- Pay Range: $178400 to $312100 annually
- Participation in Annual and Long-Term Incentive Programs
