Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Managers to co-develop and implement the practice area marketing plan, aligning with industry growth goals and client needs.
  • Plan, develop and launch multi-channel, issue-based marketing campaigns that enhance brand presence, engage target audiences, and generate demand.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the business, developing strong relationships with internal constituents while leveraging research and data to inform decisions and growth strategies.
  • Identify and manage target accounts in collaboration with national and regional practice leaders based on strategic growth potential.
  • Manage and negotiate sponsorships and cultivate partnerships with key associations at regional and national levels.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive virtual, hybrid, and in-person event initiatives for both association-sponsored and firm-hosted events in collaboration with internal constituents and other marketing team members.
  • Produce and share content that positions the firm's unique point of view on relevant issues in collaboration with firm subject matter experts and digital and communications functions.
  • Utilize the full suite of marketing technology to monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing program effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights to inform growth strategies and sales effectiveness.
  • Assist in the development and management of the annual marketing budget.

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience required; experience in professional services marketing would be preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) disciplines, business-to-business marketing and communications.
  • Strong listening, interpersonal and decision-making skills. Able to confidently present complex ideas and provide alternative solutions to executive stakeholders.
  • Adept at managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of marketing project management and automation tools.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is: $67,500.00 - $101,500.00
