The Quantitative Trading Strategist will assess trade execution quality across asset classes and globally, and work with the investment team to assess best execution, form and share actionable insights and provide recommendations on how to improve trading. As part of the team, the Quantitative Trading Strategist will work to expand and support the existing analytics platform in order to facilitate additional quantitative studies. With a lens of improving trading outcomes, the Quantitative Trading Strategist will build and apply models to drive automation and decision making by the Trading team. In addition, the Quantitative Trading Strategist will work to improve the accessibility of actionable insights through ownership of data visualization and reporting that will be used across Trading and other Investment team colleagues. Additionally, the Quantitative Trading Strategist will engage externally with vendors and trading counterparties to understand the market micro-structure context in which we operate, educate teams internally on the team's collective efforts and provide transparency to clients, the board and others around our best execution process. Base Salary Range: $134,000 - $180,000 This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus. At MFS, we believe in fair and transparent compensation. For that reason, we're including the salary range for this position. This range reflects our good-faith expectation forwhat we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
