Your Opportunity:

In this full-time role at TechSource as a Program Analyst, you will work with the Office of Stockpile Modernization (NA-125) to support the B61 Modernization Programs Division, NA-125.1. You will provide technical, program and project management support to the NA-125.1 Federal Program Manager as well as liaison with other Defense Programs (DP), National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations associated with the NA-125.1 portfolio responsibilities. This is an onsite role at the NNSA building in Albuquerque, NM.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with NNSA federal and contractor staff, and M&O contractor personnel as needed.

* Assist with a comprehensive, coordinated approach to successful planning, scheduling, and executing with NA-125.1.

* Absorb broad objectives from management then analyze, evaluate, and integrate solutions for complex and diverse technical problems.

* Provide program coordination to address program and portfolio requirements.

* Interface with other NNSA offices and stakeholders to respond to requests and technical study efforts.

Job Requirements:


  • Active Department of Energy (DOE) Q security clearance.
  • 20 or more years of experience planning, scheduling, and managing operations and logistics in the federal defense industry.
  • Experience managing Federal Program Office (FPO) plans and materials.
  • Experience interfacing routinely with senior civilian and military leaders.
  • Experience researching and analyzing complex information assessing program performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience writing and editing briefings and reports for senior and executive leadership, including the ability to remain a professional demeanor when presented with issues, and ability to work multiple issues at once and prioritize workload.


Preferred Qualifications/Experience:


  • Sigma 15 access.
  • 25 or more years of experience planning, scheduling, and managing operations and logistics in the federal defense industry.
  • Experience with NNSA FPO plans.
  • Understanding of NNSA Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE) and business processes.
