Based on fluctuating needs across various KE groups, the KE TBA Team endeavors to facilitate access to and understanding of product knowledge (existing and new) to KE Function Areas so that KE Delivery Instructors can create quality content for JH external stakeholders (clients, vendors, partners, etc.) in a timely manner.

This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $86,000- $110,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Process Optimization & Innovation:
  1. Challenge the status quo with a stakeholder-first mindset.
    1. Lead requirement gathering sessions with internal/external stakeholders.
    2. Participate in weekly Kata Coaching sessions to strengthen problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
    3. Enter CI (Continuous Improvement) activities (e.g., Target Conditions, Experiments) into CIMS.
    4. Identify and improve processes within KE and between KE and other JH groups.
    5. Create business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.
    6. Map, in Visio, current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and define measurable optimization outcomes (e.g., reduced steps, time savings, cost reductions).
    7. Present future-state processes, in Visio, to stakeholders for approval, gather business requirements, and relay information to implementation teams.
    8. Perform application, system, and regression testing as needed.
    9. Document before-and-after comparisons post-implementation and apply additional improvements based on feedback.
  • Digital Liaison & SME:
  1. Collaborate with research and development teams to gather insights on upcoming Digital products, features, and releases.
  2. Translate complex technical and business information into user-friendly language and document updates in a clear, digestible format.
  3. Distribute Digital product updates across all KE Function Areas to ensure broad awareness and alignment.
  4. Demonstrate new Digital product releases to KE associates to support understanding and adoption.
  5. Serve as the primary liaison for non-release topics (e.g., ISO 20022), ensuring KE remains informed and engaged.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst writing user stories in a standardized format and creating as is and future state process maps.
  • Proficiency in leading requirement gathering sessions with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, follow-through, and people skills.
  • Ability to make progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop deep business and application domain knowledge for an assigned workstream to aid in critically evaluating the balance of both business needs and user requests.
  • Ability to understand the value and take advantage of AI tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and not require sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future.
