| What to Expect TheConstructionSuperintendent will work closely with members of the Construction Management, Facility Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facility Operation, and Production Operation departments from planning, through installation and the start of production. This team member will supervise all on-site constructionincluding scheduling of trade contractors, vendor tool installations, resolving day-to-day construction issues, performing day-to-day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule. They are also responsible to ensure the quality of the work being performed by contractors or team members in the field. What You'll Do
 
  Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop execution plans/schedules and own P6 schedulesDrive fieldwork to ensure schedule adherence, escalating build/installation issues to managementPlan installation logistics, communicate plans to involved parties, and track material deliveriesCoordinate on-site activities, including tool vendor coordination, base build construction, quality team coordination, and manufacturing engineering coordinationCoordinate downtime work during factory shutdowns, support operations, and lead constructability reviews of design packagesEnforce quality for engineering drawings and field installations, resolve field issues, troubleshoot tool installs, and prioritize decision-making for equipment turnoverMaintain a safe work environment, organize job areas, ensure contractor safety, and supervise on-site laborers while maintaining logs and providing progress reportsWhat You'll Bring
 
  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 8 years of construction experience in large industrial projectsPrevious experience as a Lead Superintendent in industrial construction projectsUnderstanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedbackWorking knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulationsAbility to work in a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelinesOSHA 30 certification, First Aid and CPR Certification, and strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools, P6 ability preferredCompensation and Benefits
