Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction (DFW Area)
We're hiring a Project Manager to lead heavy civil construction projects across the DFW area. This role requires being on project sites about 60% of the time and in the office 40%, ensuring seamless coordination from kickoff to closeout. You'll manage costs, billing, subcontractors, schedules, and client relationships while driving projects safely, on time, and on budget.
What You'll Do

• Lead heavy civil projects from planning through completion for TxDOT
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Track costs, schedules, change orders, and production metrics
• Provide regular updates to clients and leadership
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators
