Take the next step in your manufacturing career with Staffmark! We're hiring a Production Lead to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. In this role, your mechanical expertise and leadership will help ensure smooth production, top-quality output, and efficient teamwork on the floor.

Pay: $21-$24 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:



  • Set up presses, mills, threading machines, roller markers, and other equipment with precision.
  • Perform first-article inspections with the Quality team to verify parts meet specifications.
  • Accurately document setups, tooling changes, and maintenance logs.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and assist operators with setup issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance tooling efficiency and production flow.
  • Conduct light machine maintenance to prevent downtime.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in tool & die, machining, or mechanical setup.
  • Strong understanding of press operations, die safety, and mechanical alignment.
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, mechanical drawings, and using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
