Staffmark is hiring a Production Supervisor for a direct-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This hands-on leadership role is key to improving quality, efficiency, and delivery in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $65,000-$75,000

Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, efficiency, and delivery targets
  • Prepare production schedules and monitor progress
  • Lead and develop production teams, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Collaborate with Quality and Continuous Improvement teams to optimize processes
  • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and company standards on all shifts
  • Manage attendance, labor hours, and workflow using company systems
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
  • Monitor KPIs, troubleshoot workflow issues, and implement efficiency improvements



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and quality standards
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to motivate employees, meet production goals, and enforce safety standards
  • Physically able to walk, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
