Job Description




As a Security Professional - CRE Patrol Driver in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your primary responsibility will involve driving throughout the property, conducting regular patrols to remain visible and help to deter security-related incidents. You will also provide outstanding customer service and clear communication, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, innovation, and teamwork. This role is ideal for those who enjoy dynamic work environments and want to make a positive impact every day.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any unusual circumstances.
  • Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential concerns promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.
  • Assist with maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.
  • Report maintenance concerns or hazards identified during patrols to the appropriate contacts for resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
