What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access and verify the identification of employees, visitors, and vendors entering the building.
• Assist in the management of visitor logs and issue visitor badges as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Act as a point of contact for emergency response activities when appropriate, maintaining communication with building management and emergency services.
• Support security-related operations by observing and reporting any unusual activity or potential security concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, providing information and directions to clients, employees, and visitors as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
