As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment within commercial real estate locations. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This is a driving post and requires a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized individuals, or unusual occurrences.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives as needed.
• Complete required logs and reports accurately and in a timely fashion as per site requirements.
• Remain alert and attentive to potential security-related concerns within the commercial real estate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
