Water Resources Engineering Intern
Job Description Dewberry is currently seeking a Water Resource Engineering Intern to work on a variety of projects in our Denver, CO office. Typical projects involve hydrologic modeling (from minor local areas to multiple large basins); hydraulic modeling (from inlet and culvert capacity to floodplain and floodway modeling); planning and design of local and regional stormwater facilities (including but not limited to storm sewers, detention facilities, drop structures, bank protection, and channel restoration); and drainage studies (from minor site drainage reports to master plan baseline hydrology, deficiencies and alternatives). Responsibilities
Hydrologic modeling including data prep and analysis of inputs, basin delineations, basin hydrology, and routing using GIS based programs, when appropriate
