Job Description:

As a Technology and Automation team member in Crowe's Consulting Practice, you will work closely with members of the various teams to develop enhanced Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) management offerings for our clients. With a desire to learn and grow your knowledge of GRC processes and technology, you will assist in the design, creation, and maintenance of UI components/widgets and scripts to improve the user experience and expand functionality of the Archer platform. Additionally, the candidate will participate in the development of test automation of multiple products offered by the Product & Automation team, provide support for Crowe Archer hosting, and document user guides and test scripts.

This role is projected to be aligned within our Financial Services industry, where you will have the opportunity to help financial institution clients (e.g., banks, credit unions, FinTechs) become more transparent and implement effective solutions to manage the full spectrum of risks. Project team areas of expertise include credit and financial modeling, stress testing, wealth management, electronic payments, retail banking, commercial banking, digital banking, data analytics, fintech, financial crimes, and regulatory compliance.

Education:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
