As a Security Officer - Hospital Rounds in Cleveland, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach during critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents and promote a secure atmosphere.
• Observe and report any unusual incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity in and around the location.
• Collaborate with facility staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and support a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
• Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by site procedures.
• Support access control by monitoring entrances and exits as needed, helping to manage authorized personnel and visitors within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or General Education Diploma.
• Applicants must provide proof of up-to-date vaccinations as required by the client for hospital settings.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
