As a Security Professional - Distribution Screening Specialist in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a SCREENER in a logistics and distribution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and promotes a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, staying visible, and providing outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with team members and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Screen individuals and/or vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Conduct security-related checks of shipments, packages, and materials moving through the facility to help to deter prohibited items from entering or leaving the premises.
• Respond calmly and use problem-solving skills during incidents and critical situations at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution site and its perimeter, adapting to varying working conditions as required.
• Document and report any irregularities, suspicious activity, or security-related incidents encountered during duties.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to maintain a secure and orderly environment within the logistics and distribution setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
