MBA Internship-Business Development Strategist - immediate opening

Position Summary (December 2025 - March 2026 with possible extension) - Remote with ability to travel to Reading, PA office 1-2 times per month

The MBA Intern will support the Commercial Sales team as a key contact and contributor to business development operations. Responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with follow-ups on commercial opportunities. This role offers hands-on experience in sales operations, strategy, client engagement, and data storytelling creating Salesforce dashboards that show how we win and close deals. We're looking for someone with grit, strong relationship-building skills, and ideally, sales and strategy experience.

Qualifications

* Current second year MBA student or Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Three years of work experience

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

* Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems preferred.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

* Proactive, analytical, and team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and maintain lead data within Salesforce CRM.

* Monitor and follow up on commercial quotes issued by the estimating team to support deal conversion.

* Collaborate with Estimators, Contract Administrators, and Sales team members to ensure seamless workflow.

* Assist in preparing and sending communications, proposals, or documentation as needed.

* Provide general administrative and analytical support to the Commercial Sales

Compensation

* Hourly rate of $30-$35, depending on experience.

* 20 hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules.
