Position Summary: Support the company's vision, values, and growth objectives by leading a streamlined, sales-focused contract process across the Payments and Intelligence businesses. Partner closely with Sales and commercial stakeholders to negotiate customer-facing agreements, manage redlines efficiently, and drive timely execution from first draft through signature. Collaborate with senior leadership and the General Counsel to ensure contracts balance business objectives with legal and risk considerations. Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, proactively support deal velocity, and enable the team to move faster without compromising quality, integrity, or compliance. Operate with the highest standards of judgment and ethical leadership to deliver solutions that serve our clients, manage risk thoughtfully, and contribute to overall enterprise success.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
