Business Litigation Counsel - California

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is currently seeking a business litigation attorney to join the firm's Irvine, California office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in California.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience as a practicing litigator in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice.
• Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, managing and/or supervising litigation cases, as well as significant court room experience.
• Must be licensed in California.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written
• and oral communication skills, including complex motion practice and interacting with clients.

Compensation:

• The estimated salary range for this role in California is $235,000-$290,000 a year.
• Please note that Womble Bond Dickinson's counsel track opportunities are off-track/not partner track and therefore have a reduced billable hour requirement.
