Description and Requirements
  • Drive and manage technology integration efforts across Lenovo NA's partnership portfolio
  • Project manage efforts between partners' CIO/IT teams and Lenovo sales to streamline opportunities and delivery to the customer
  • Operate as NA FIFA lead to coordinate all NA marketing programs with stakeholder support
  • Lead weekly NA FIFA calls to ensure collaboration among all programs and CMG planning
  • Manage Lenovo key alliance partner integration across NA and WW partnership activations including Intel, AMD, Microsoft, Nvidia, etc.
  • Support FIFA measurement conversations with NA-specific program KPIs and measurement plans
  • Partner with the executive leadership team, including sales, business management, product marketing, operations, and finance to understand key business initiatives and priorities
  • Vet new partnerships as needed both from internal stakeholders as well as external outreach to determine sponsorship best practices and alignment to WW sponsorship strategy
  • Advise internal stakeholders on sponsorship expertise and internal process to align to WW strategy
  • Build key reporting infrastructure to track and to optimize B2B and B2C partnership campaign effectiveness, program-level effectiveness, and performance against stated goals

Qualifications

  • BA in Business, Marketing or a related degree
  • 10 years integrated marketing environment with 5+ years in leadership and management role
  • Deep understanding of sponsorship strategy and management, digital marketing, social and community engagement, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner eco-system
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, including executive presentations.
  • Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through consumer and retail/ecommerce engagement strategies
  • Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities
  • Exceptional cross-group collaboration skills to successfully and independently work across many teams and functions
  • Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented
  • High integrity, capable of excellent judgement and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information
  • Top-level critical thinking and planning skills, including ability to set priorities, manageable work-plans and work within budgets
