We are currently seeking Manufacturing (Wetout
) Foreman who have manufacturing experience to join our team in Cedar City, UT.. As a Manufacturing Foreman in our Wetout Facility, you will be responsible for oversees daily facility operations, ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. Managing equipment, materials, and personnel, you'll play a key role in optimizing processes, training employees, and keeping everything on track for the preparation of Cure-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) according to the exact specifications agreed upon by the customer.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay rate is at $24.19 per hour. Candidates with enough industry-related experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

What You'll Do:



  • Take charge of directing and coordinating all aspects of daily operations at the wet out facility, ensuring that workflows remain efficient and production targets are consistently met.
  • Oversee and maintain high-quality production standards while enforcing strict workplace safety protocols to create a secure and compliant environment for all employees.
  • Provide hands-on supervision, in-depth training, and ongoing support to team members, fostering skill development and enhancing overall performance within the facility.
  • Continuously monitor and effectively manage equipment, materials, and inventory levels to prevent shortages, minimize downtime, and maintain seamless production processes.
  • Oversee all logistics operations, ensuring proper transportation of materials while strictly enforcing compliance with safety guidelines and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
  • Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot operational challenges as they arise while driving process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize overall productivity.
  • Accurately maintain detailed production records and oversee data entry within JDE systems, ensuring that all information is properly documented for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Take part in an after-hours rotation schedule, providing critical facility and driver support as needed to maintain continuous operations and address urgent issues.


What We're Looking For:



  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within budget and optimize efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours rotations.
