Product Management Producer, Sports

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. The role is in-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work Monday and Friday.


Summary

This role partners closely with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Business teams to organize and guide initiatives that enhance the sports customer experience. The Product Management Producer supports strategic planning, feature development, and program launches across digital sports and TV experiences, ensuring projects are delivered on time with a strong focus on user experience.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager within tech or digital entertainment products.
  • A passion for digital entertainment and sports experiences with a strong foundation in program and project management.
  • Proficient in cross-functional project coordination, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with user experience, product management, and creative operations workflows, with Product Operations experience as a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills when working with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple, overlapping initiatives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities, timelines, and evolving project needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized with exceptional prioritization and problem-solving abilities.

Job Description
In this role, you will drive end-to-end project management for sports and TV app initiatives. You'll partner with Product Management, Design, Engineering, Content, and Business teams to plan, execute, and deliver new features and capabilities. This includes supporting go-to-market activities, preparing product demos, executive reviews, and presentations, and ensuring consistent, seamless customer experiences across products. You will help define and uphold workflows, processes, and standards that support Product Management teams and overall product excellence.

You will manage image schedules, expectations, resource planning, and image tracking across projects, while tracking and reporting imagery status through weekly and daily updates. This role requires close communication with creative and retouching teams, ownership of risk management, and proactively unlocking projects that become stalled. You will troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and identify solutions as they emerge.

Responsibilities also include receiving, compiling, validating, and distributing project information to appropriate stakeholders, working alongside producers and production teams to streamline workflows, and scheduling and facilitating pre- and post-production meetings. You will partner with asset management teams to ensure proper archiving of final assets and stay current with emerging technologies while continuously evolving processes to improve efficiency. The role involves working with a variety of tools including Numbers, Pages, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, Photo Mechanic, Capture One, and Quip.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Background in product operations, user experience, product management, or creative operations.

Additional Requirements
This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid, on-site work Tuesday through Thursday.
The pay for this W-2 position is $82.83 per hour.
This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
