As a Security Officer - Alarm Response Desk in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and supporting access control. You will operate alarm panels, respond to calls, and use technology to communicate and document activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the dispatch post.
• Monitor and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing dispatch systems and communication tools as needed.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service to appropriate personnel throughout the location, maintaining clear and accurate records of all communications.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel to relay important information and instructions in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing access control by monitoring entry and exit points via surveillance systems and/or communication devices.
• Document and report incidents, observations, and any unusual activities according to site protocols.
• Support Allied Universal in delivering quality service by maintaining professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR or first aid certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
