Responsibilities

The Multiple Site Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for the overall operations & success of the inpatient, outpatient and IRF program's PT, OT, ST, and support staff for two facilities. The Director is responsible for developing and maintaining rehabilitation programs to meet the identified needs of the community. The Director is administratively responsible for the management of fiscal and personnel resources, performance improvement, information management, strategic planning, marketing, community education, physician/customer relations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.



Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Master's Degree in a Medical Rehabilitation field preferred.

2. Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience.

3. Licensed by the Physical, Occupational or SpeechTherapy Board of state.

4. BLS for healthcare provider's certification upon hire and maintain current.
