Boatyard Help

Dick’s Marine/Zecco Marine is seeking general boatyard help, part time and or full time. Position is available now with work through the winter! Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train. We are looking for people to bottom paint, wax, clean, remove shrink wrap from boats, and perform other boat yard tasks. Responsibilities: - Exterior boat washing (hulls, decks, and topsides) - Waxing and polishing fiberglass and metal surfaces - Interior detailing -Cleaning and repainting of bottoms. - Assist with repairs and maintenance on boats - Perform general yard work - Operate tools and equipment, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain a well-functioning boat yard - Follow safety procedure and maintain a clean work environment Qualifications: - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Experience with washing, buffing, and polishing is a plus, but we are willing train - Ability to follow instructions, problem-solve, and adapt as needed - Comfortable working outdoors in a physical, hands-on environment - Capable of lifting 50+ lbs., bending, and being on their feet for extended periods - Team-oriented but able to work independently and efficiently - Have reliable transportation We are looking for full time or part time workers.
