You'll operate a CNC turret and other metal fabrication machines to produce precision parts for air conditioning units used around the world.

What You'll Do

  • OperateCNC turret presses, Brake Press, Fin Press, and other fabrication equipment

  • Read and interpretblueprints and engineering drawings

  • Performquality checksand report any issues

  • Maintain aclean and safework area, following all safety protocols

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

  • Performpreventive maintenanceon machines

  • Be flexible withovertime and shift changesas needed

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED

  • A minimum of 6 months of machine operationor manufacturing experience

  • Ability to lift up to50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in anon-climate-controlledenvironment

  • Comfortable with repetitive motions and working in anoisy, dustysetting

  • Basic computer skills

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of machine operation experience

  • Experience withCNC programming and operation

  • Familiarity with heavy machinery like Brake Press, Turret, or Fin Press

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
