Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, senior change management professional who will help develop and grow change management practice at Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. As a member of a new Getty Digital Change Management department, this person will have the opportunity to help develop a new practice and set of tools to be implemented on both small and large initiatives. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty's Digital Roadmap including an HR and ERP replacement. They will use expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build the capacity of staff to perform change management.
