In this role you will partner with other teams across the globe to create and execute data strategies to deliver value to Koch and to the INVISTA businesses. What You Will Do

• Data Analysis, Reporting, and Forecasting: Own analyzing, reporting, and forecasting of Selling, General & Administrative (SGA) expenses, providing clear, actional insights to business leaders and other stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Effective communication and storytelling: Translate complex data and financial information into compelling narratives, helping business leaders understand the drivers of SGA spend and make informed strategic decisions.
• Partner with Capability Leaders: Build strong relationships and be a thought partner with leaders and cost owners throughout the organization.
• Customer Facing Reporting Tools: Own the reporting tool utilized by the organization, continuously improving its functionality, usability, and data accuracy by partnering with data experts.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes, improve data quality, and streamline workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in SGA analytics.
• Seek and share knowledge: Communicate effectively and build partnerships across the global finance organization.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3+ years of related financial accounting and/or financial reporting experience
• Base understanding of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, and Income Statement
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, including advanced Excel skills (Ex: spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, graphs, data manipulation/analysis and formula creation)
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• SAP experience
• Power BI experience
