About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a high-volume call center team supporting healthcare and pharmacy benefit inquiries. This role involves handling inbound calls, answering questions about prior authorizations, and providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities * Handle 50-100 inbound calls per day, plus follow-up calls and emails. * Answer questions related to prior authorization, general inquiries, and confidential information. * Enter and update information accurately across multiple systems. * Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all interactions. * Participate in mandatory training and testing (average score of 90% required). Requirements Must Have: * At least 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years). * Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. * Typing speed of at least 30 WPM. * Proficiency with computers and ability to navigate multiple systems. * Stable job tenure (no jumpy resumes). Nice to Have: * Pharmacy Technician certification. * Bilingual skills.
