Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA)drives tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients, including both financial services and merchants. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, Visa Consulting and Analytics solves the most strategic problems for our clients.

The NA Consulting Practice within VCA provides consulting and solution services for Visa's issuer, merchant, acquirer, or co-brand partners in the UnitedStates. We apply deep expertise in the payments industry to provide solutions to assist clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. TheVCA team provides a comprehensive range of consulting services to deliver solutions that address unique challenges in areas such as improving profitability, strategic growth, customer experience, digital payments and managing risk.

The Strategy and Operations (S&O) team supports the North America VCA team through setting standards, developing foundational processes, and driving operational performance for the consulting organization. ThisBusiness Analyst, Strategy and Operationsrole will work on strategic and operational projects that have large impact across the team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly collaborative team player who is flexible andproactive at identifying and resolving issues. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, S&O.

Some ways you may make an impact -

• Manage the centralized staffing function and improve the way we deploy resources
• Refine the new hire interview and onboarding process
• Identify process improvement opportunities and design and implement action plans to address them

Specific responsibilities include -

• Manage the project staffing of VCA consulting resources
• Oversee weekly organization wide reporting for project pipeline, resource availability and resource utilization
• Produce materials for VCA NA Leadership Team meetings
• Deliver special projects to VCA NA on behalf of S&O
• Manage vendor relationships with partner consultancies. This includes sourcing staff augmentation candidates and running monthly vendor calls
• Onboard staff augmentation resources from vendors, track resource contract dates, facilitate extensions
• Coordinate the quarterly pooled hiring process on behalf of VCA NA

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Creative thinker with a results orientation who approaches challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, able to work effectively in matrixed organization
• Relevant experience at large management consulting firm or has experience in a similar role that is strategy and operations focused
• Client- and output-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering and communicating key actionable insights
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Proficiencies in PPT & Excel
• Experience with RPA tools such as Power Automate
• Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills
• Team player
• Technology mindset, curious, up to date with digital trends and Generative AI
• Strong planning, organizational, problem solving and execution experience, proven track record of success independently driving complex programs of work
• Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal) including an ability to succinctly synthesize complexity and influence senior audiences
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity and experience in building new frameworks and processes
• A great team member who adds energy, ideas and fun to our team and corporate culture
• Experience working in an agile environment preferred
• Exposure to retail banking and/or payment card industry and/or merchant retail business is a plus

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 109,700.00 to 155,100.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
