They deliver great results for both Visa and our clients, and the Sponsorships Director role will drive deeper engagement and value of Global, Regional, and Local sponsorships across our diverse markets. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Sponsorship, this role will interact with all functions within the LAC business, primarily with local marketing teams and other marketing verticals in the hub. The Sponsorships Director will act as a subject matter expert on sponsorships and activation within Visa's sponsorship verticals of Sports, Music, Culinary, and Entertainment. Additionally, the role will engage with global stakeholders, primarily within Sponsorship and Brand Marketing functions. The individual must have a strong understanding of sponsorship asset management, rights holders/governing bodies, negotiations, and marketing to guide internal stakeholders, manage agencies, and liaise with rights holders. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. QualificationsBasic Qualifications Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 163,500.00 to 237,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
