As a Security Officer - Logistics Site - Patrol Driver in Bernville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service. Your presence will support a secure environment for staff and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches within the location.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed to relay information regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises as required by site-specific guidelines.
• Support emergency preparedness and response efforts by participating in drills and following established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
