You will be instrumental in fostering a fair and equitable workplace by leading critical investigations, developing impactful training programs, and providing expert guidance. **Responsibilities:**

* Lead comprehensive investigations into employment discrimination complaints, conducting thorough fact-finding interviews, assessing credibility, analyzing documentary evidence, and reaching logical, well-supported conclusions.

* Craft clear, concise, and comprehensive written reports detailing investigative findings.

* Provide expert counseling and recommend effective solutions for internal and external complaints related to discrimination, harassment, and other violations of EEO policies.

* Represent the company in conferences, mediations, and hearings with governmental agencies or internal arbitration processes as needed.

* Continuously research and stay abreast of current and pending EEO/Affirmative Action laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of compliance.

* Leverage your subject matter expertise to provide leadership, expert consultation, and deliver targeted training and awareness presentations on critical EEO topics such as discrimination, sexual harassment, compliance, reasonable accommodations, and workplace respect.

* Offer strategic advice and counsel to Human Resources partners and employees on EEO-related policies, procedures, and complex issues.

* Engage effectively with management, union employees, government agency representatives, and other key stakeholders, fostering collaborative relationships.

* Demonstrate exceptional discretion, managerial courage, tact, and diplomacy when communicating sensitive and challenging messages.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).

* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience conducting investigations of employment discrimination complaints and allegations, including EEO fact-finding interviews, credibility assessment, documentary evidence analysis, and comparative analysis to draw logical conclusions.

* In-depth knowledge of current EEO laws and regulations, coupled with proven experience providing advice and counsel on EEO best practices to employees at all organizational levels.

* Subject matter expertise in the EEO investigative complaint handling process and case management, including skilled investigative techniques and credibility assessment.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a diverse EEO caseload, ensuring timely resolution with a strong focus on the overall customer experience.

* Proven ability to write clear and concise EEO investigative reports and articulate findings effectively to a variety of stakeholders.

* Strong hands-on experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

* Exceptional analytical ability with a keen attention to detail, alongside demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong decision-making skills.

* Strong organizational, administrative, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, with a solid teamwork orientation.

* Demonstrated professional demeanor, confidence in dealing with all levels of management and union personnel, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.

* Valid Driver's License.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Master's degree in Labor and Employment Law, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field.

* Demonstrated high energy level, flexibility, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and assignments under aggressive timelines.

* Exceptional consulting and influencing skills that build credibility and garner trust.

* Proven ability to lead and manage projects successfully.

* Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
