We're seeking a dynamicVice President & Manager - Loan Operationsto guide daily functions, elevate service standards, and drive continuous improvement across the department.

About the Role

In this influential position, you'll take ownership of day-to-day oversight within Loan Operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery. You'll lead a talented team, champion process enhancements, and play a key role in maintaining the integrity and profitability of the loan portfolio.

Your work will directly support the Bank's operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Service Excellence



  • Deliver top-tier service to both internal partners and external clients through efficient, accurate loan servicing.
  • Communicate with clarity and professionalism, resolving complex issues to strengthen relationships and promote loyalty.


Leadership & Team Development



  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to ensure high performance, strong morale, and consistent accuracy.
  • Oversee scheduling, workload distribution, and day-to-day staff management to support operational goals.


Operational Oversight



  • Prepare or contribute to management reports, ensuring leadership has timely, relevant insights.
  • Direct monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy and financial integrity.
  • Introduce, refine, and implement procedures that elevate accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and overall service levels.


Technology & Systems Support



  • Provide essential guidance and training on loan systems, software tools, and operational applications to ensure optimal performance.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business, banking, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in loan operations or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience with a proven record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong operational background with demonstrated ability to manage departmental functions effectively.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, including mastery of Microsoft Office and similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of bank audit standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policy compliance.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to balance meticulous attention to detail with strategic decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
