Community Education/Adult and Youth Instructors 1/2/2026 Minnetonka Community Education Center (MCEC) January 2026 Open until filled Dates: 1/14/2026 - 3/18/2026, Wednesday mornings before school Wages: Stipend Not medical or dental benefit eligible. Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership and guidance for all badminton club participants. 2. Help all participants to develop to their full potential through open play and instruction 3. Implement age appropriate program philosophies, goals, policy and procedures. 4. Ensure that all participants follow Minnetonka School District guidelines and code of conduct. 5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Job Qualifications 1. Prior experience in badminton is required. 2. Evidence of successful coaching experience; ability to teach fundamental skills. 3. Positive, enthusiastic, respectful attitude 4. Strong communication skills. 5.
