1ST SHIFT: HOURS 6AM - 230PM; MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, OVERTIME MAY BE REQUIRED.
Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all maintenance and custodial operations across two facilities, ensuring equipment reliability, facility cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards. This role manages a team of Maintenance Technicians and Custodians across two shifts, coordinating resources to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership & Scheduling
o Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and custodians across two shifts.
o Develop and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for both facilities.
o Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
* Maintenance Operations
o Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for sewing and distribution equipment.
o Ensure timely response to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
* Custodial Oversight - Oversee the custodian staff to ensure the distribution centers are clean.
o Ensure both facilities meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
o Coordinate custodial tasks to support operational needs and safety compliance.
* Safety & Compliance
o Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
o Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify hazards.
* Budget & Resource Management
o Monitor maintenance and custodial supply inventory and manage procurement.
o Assist in budget planning for maintenance and facility upkeep.

Travel between both Distribution Centers in Henning and Covington.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
* 3+ years of maintenance experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred. Technical training area of electrical requirement a certification of electrical training.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work across multiple shifts and locations.

* Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
* Comfortable working in industrial and warehouse environment
