Onsite Position Join Komatsu and Be Part of Something Big! Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate course materials, objectives, competencies, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and training materials for Electric Wheel Loader and other mining equipment. Lead Train-the-Trainer programs for dealers and mine site trainers globally. Instruct technical training classes, hands-on learning through lab and field equipment, and manage logistics for training events. Subject matter expert for ultra class mining equipment, expert guidance on machine behavior, operator error, and operator inefficiencies. Provide feedback to engineering, product management, and R&D on machine performance, usability, and field challenges. Perform in-depth needs analysis on course effectiveness revise training materials. Qualifications/Requirements
5 years experience in providing technical training and expert technical advice on Electric Wheel Loaders, mining or similar heavy equipment to ensure major component assemblies are overhauled to the technical quality standard, execution of field repairs and improvements; advanced technical troubleshooting and correcting warrantable machine failures.
